A lady calls me while I'm at work asking me to pay them for some sort of pump water removal service. She doesn't speak proper English so I can't even understand where she is calling from and instead of clarifying where she is calling from she goes on to demand money. When I ask her for further information she calls me rude. They really need to hire people with better customer service skills. Don't blame me if you can't explain yourself. Learn to communicate effectively before dialing a phone number and don't demand money from someone that doesn't know you or anything about you.
