I was just hesitating if I should buy a product or not, an old lady at the skin care section came to me with an attitude as if I am a thief. Products are good but very poor shopping experience.

Prescription prices are consistently higher at Shoppers Drug Mart than other stores. One prescription of mine costs 17 at London Drugs and 31 here. Another costs around 75 at London Drugs and 95 here. Also, unrelated to prescriptions, they don't honour their return policy, I had to go to another location to return a defective product. I won't be back to any Shoppers Drug Mart anytime soon.

Their security guard was following me around the store, acting like I was a thief or something. Despicable. And no- I will not be reaching out to them via phone.

Staff are friendly and sorta well stocked but it’s unbelievable how they don’t make a mask-wearing mandatory. It there is no way you can keep the two-meter rule inside, and so many people are coughing inside. I saw a man puking just outside of their front entrance the other day. I hear that some populations can't wear a mask due to medical conditions, but wouldn't pharmacy know the best who those ppl are?!? I have changed my pharmacy now.
