I suffered a terrible apartment fire and got out with just the clothes on my back, most personal items were lost, some furniture items were damaged but salvageable.That is where Sentinel Storage came in - I needed somewhere to store smelly, smoke and heat damaged furniture to be assessed and sorted out. Sentinel Storage location was convient, easy to get to, the staff was friendly and efficient, the storage facility was always spotlessly clean and the actual storage unit was also spotlessly clean. Sentinel Storage made dealing with moving items in and out of the facility a breeze. Yes, I would recommend Sentinel Storage no matter what your need.

sign up for storage unit but no mention of Sentinel non negotiable policy to jack up rent 25 every 6 months. Bottom Line: 5 star facility - 5 star price tag in convenient and good location. Upper management does not advocate on behalf of customer.
I went through Costco to sign up with Sentinel. They started me on a decent monthly rate but within 9 month they emailed me and tried to increase the monthly rental by over 15%. when I called them to enquire why such a large increase they said this is normal and its their standard procedure. I am just surprise how Costco is okay with this practice, if Costco is aware of this business practice. Originally I had given them a 5 star as the service was very good, the facility was well kept, clean and the price was reasonable. However, I now have dropped my rating to 2 star because of their business practice of getting the customers in and then jacking up the price on them within a year; knowing its such a hassle to move ones stored items from one storage location to another.
easy in and out... nice I was able to use their truck to bring my stuff to the unit. Was a bit colder in the indoor units than what I thought and by the time you add insurance and taxes it becomes pretty expensive to rent on a long term basis but that might be true for a lot of storage options. Overall, good experience.
The unit and the areas in general have been well maintained and clean. The location is fairly central and easy to access. The staff was nice and friendly. What more can you ask for?
