I have used these guys on 3 occasions and had issues on two of them. On the final time I used them, they decided to charge almost 3 times the typical rate I get on deliveries from the port warehouse to my warehouse. When asked to explain, they gave a remarkably unbelievable excuse. I have used a few other companies for freight service in the Vancouver area all with acceptable to good quality service and fair prices. I just wouldn't risk it with these guys. You probably won't be to pleased with the added frustrations or the surprising invoices.

Despite the postive feedback on this company i wish it was one time occurance for me spending over fifteen minutes waiting for assistance and in the meantime seeing my cargo being walked past many times by employee drinkung at work

Best accidental call I made trying to track my shipment with airline and got forwarded to a manager who was extremely helpful. Good to know I now have a local transport company who would go out of their way to assist!

I have been using Scott Freight for the over 14 years for Pickups, Deliveries, Warehousing, Airport transfers and Screening Cargo. Excellent Service. They do it all!!
