This is the second time I have been to Save On Pallets and both times I have been extremely content with their service. They are so helpful and absolutely lovely- they helped my roommate and I pick out pallets that would suit our needs, even offering to fetch nicer ones from the back. They also make custom size pallets to any dimension. They all went above and beyond to help us and even gave us the pallets for free as we are students. Both times I have left with a warm dose of faith in humanity. Highly recommend this company!

Really nice people! They recommended the most suitable material for my purpose, and picked out the most nice pallets patiently！！ The point is the good price!
Don't listen to that other guy. I've been there twice now and had excellent service both times. You have to enter the office on the right to speak with someone, but they will let you walk around the entire yard and find the perfect pallets that you're looking for. The selection is HUGE; old (used) and swanky new pallets. The new ones are built to perfection on-site with particle board spacers that make them very sturdy. We paid 12 for two new pallets to our specification, and got 8 more for free that were used. Some of the used ones had broken boards, so the staff even helped us pick through scraps to find better pieces to replace the bad ones; also free of charge. They even offered to help me strap the pallets to the roof with ratchets. TLDR; Top notch service, amazing selection, great bunch of guys, and low prices to top it all off. Definitely check this place out for any of your pallet project needs!
Worst service in my whole life. I called to request information (dimensions, prices, materials) and they wouldn't let me finish, they just hung up on me. I thought It was a mistake and called back and the person with Indian accent said: We're very busy, we don't need your business. Unbelievable.
Horrible. Employees were less than helpful and gave me poor information. All of the office staff spoke little English and did not care that they made me drive out of my way for nothing. You walk in and no one gives you the time of day. Absolute worst company I've been to this year.
