Leased a new Crosstrek 2020 for my wife, the process and the salesman was a little pushy which is normal. We were presented the extras that the sport model has compared to the basic model as a gift from the dealership but when i asked for a real “gift” like the roof crossbar (170 worth) they really had an extremely hard time giving it to us! On top of that, the documentation fee i understand it but the detail fee is ridiculous! 400 for a full tank (70 actual worth) and removing all the stickers and detailing the car! The car was never detailed you can see the pictures attached and when i brought it back for complimentary cleaning and mentioned that still the stickers glue residue was there, it ended up having more foggy marks and still not cleaned!!! The parts and service department also gave me a quote for winter tires which was minimum 200 installation above a tire shop. Dealership which doesn’t respect their customers and tries to rip them off in any occasion possible, disappointing!
Every aspect of our interactions with all the staff at Richmond Subaru was Awesome. Very friendly, accommodating, low key people. A pleasure to deal with. Vehicle pricing is excellent. Highly recommended! Marco D. is an excellent ambassador for Richmond Subaru.
Very happy with my Outback and trade in. Shout out to Angel who was honest, transparent and very helpful. Also massive shout out to William at the Service desk. Went the extra mile and made sure I was satisfied and comfortable.
My mom just got her new 2021 Crosstrek Limited yesterday and she was very happy with the service from Austin as her Salesman. Austin is very helpful & professional in helping my mom with her new vehicle and teaching her how to operate with all the ew technology\ as a 70 years old lady.
