Okay, i have dealt with this shop on two occasions, both with great review. I used this shop to make trophies for my client appreciation party and give something to the kids. It was a last minute thought, so i called them up and said that my order could be taken care of prior to my event. On the day of the event, i picked up the trophies and noticed there was an error on the label. The team took my order back and did corrected the error on the labels well in enough time for me to pick it back up prior to my event. Also, just the other day, i needed something quick and no other place did engraving in house. All i wanted was a small order of getting a small metal plate engraved. But considering Things Engraved left the retail scene...there wasnt any place in Richmond that did in-house engraving where i could wait. I posted a question on Facebook on where to get a quick engrave job done, and they responded immediately and took my order and finished it well before expectation. This place has been just great.
