Worst. I reached there at 4.15 to take a print and scan my documents and they wasted my time. I couldn't scan my documents and they wasted my time telling me I don't have the Richmond Library card. I had VPL card. Instead of taking print and scan of my documents with 15mints, I waited for 45mints and couldn't scan my documents. No people for proper assistance. I waited for long and when I reached near system they told me I can't access it because I have to log in 30mints before. Worst library I've ever went.

Never been here, but I have a friend who's a librarian here. He's a stand-up guy, very sweet and funny, and I hope he reads this! (Plus, all libraries deserve 5 stars, they are a shining beacon of hope)
