Had been to RAPS for two major concerns with my dog. Their staff is always so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When my regular vet told me this is it for my dog, I took her to RAPS and Dr. Goldberg did the best for us to bring Luna back to better health. He would call me everyday to give me updates. He was kind, very patiently answered my questions, and again very knowledgeable. I am glad he was on Luna's case! After 3.5 days of treatment of course the bill was getting up there too, but I found their pricing is reasonable consider the amount of work they have done. (Yes they are non-profit, but the staffs still need to get paid and there are other expenses for the clinic too) Luna still is not back to 100% because of her on-going health issue, but at least we still have more time together and I'd say she is doing not bad! Luna also turned 13 last week! Thank you so much to the doctor and the technicians! (one of the technicians even told me she fell in love with Luna. I am so happy <3 <3 <3)

We took my dog here when he had an upset stomach. The staff were amazing and actually cared about my dogs health. The doctor followed up with me the next day via text to make sure we were fine. I can not say enough good things about this place and I will make sure I recommend it to all of my friends!

We brought our cat to raps hospital yesterday as she got really sick. They received us really quickly and ran all the diagnostics in record time. The doctor and assistant were very compassionate and gave us the hard news with truth and kindness. They did their best to help the tough situation by giving us as many discounts as they could to help us through this difficult time. We are grateful for their help, our little one left us last night filled with love at home. RAPS hospital has helped make that process easier for us.

If you're looking for a professional clinic who cares for your pet, you should go here. The admission team was efficient and thorough. Dr. Jennifer gave a really thorough exam, and addressed my concerns in a way that was confident but not fear-mongering. Best vet experience I've had in Vancouver by far. They even sent a follow up text the next day! 100% would go again.

My 13 1/2 yr old rottweiler had what seemed to be a hock injury for a few days and at times she would limp and other times she was perfectly fine. On Jan. 28/2020, she completely stopped using her back legs, she was still able to move them, but no longer was willing to use them. I brought her to RAPS, which was recommended by a friend of mine and I explored there website and could not believe they were a NON-PROFIT, COMMUNITY SUPPORTED FACILITY THAT PROVIDES LOW COST ANIMAL HEALTHCARE. They were able to schedule me last minute due to a cancellation and I was serviced by Dr. Goldberg. He was very thorough with his assessment, honest with his opinions and respectful about my decisions. Unfortunately I had to make the decision to euthanize my pup. Him and his staff showed compassion and went out of their way to comfort me as much as they possibly can. They gave me plenty of time before saying bye to my girl and on top of it all, they went above and beyond to send me a condolence card. Thank you to the staff of RAPS for the exceptional service... I will be recommending you to everyone I know who has a pet.
