In a few words, the perfect shopping experience. The package was shipped the next business day and I received it less than 48 hours after. That's really impressive considering that it went from the US west coast to the Canadian east coast! In fact, I bought a desk online at a local shop. The desk converter arrived before I could even pick-up the office desk. The taxes were charged up front and there was no duty fee as the product is made in the US. I must say, I love my new mechanical desk converter. It glides effortlessly from standard position to max height in a second. It feels very sturdy and it never wobbles.

Product shipped relatively quickly. It wasn't too hard to setup. I thought I was buying a product built in and/or shipped from a Canadian company but it came from US which is fine. The website naming was a bit misleading. Nonetheless, the table is solid, I got the 3 leg corner desk. Motors are smooth and quiet. It' super sturdy even at the highest setting. The only complaint is the corner desk when setup doesn't align flush at 90 degrees like the pictures state. There is a bit of an offset. If it was flush, there would be no room to actually sit in the corner. That was a bit disappointing, the pictures on the website are renders and not actually product photos.

These guys were so easy to deal with and everything shipped on time and even arrived a day early! Great service. The only thing I don't like is that it's not made in Canada :-( I would pay more to have a made in Canada (or USA) product.

The desk itself is extremely solid, the legs are sturdy and do not wobble in the slightest. The tabletop is high density material with a very smooth finish. Everything is simple enough to assemble and the finished product looks nearly identical to the pictures on the site. Progressive forgot to send me one of my tabletops but was very quick in responding. I spoke to Nathan who quickly acknowledged the issue and assured me that the missing pieces would be on their way promptly. I received a shipping notification within 4 hours and an email from Nathan confirming that everything was on it's way. One of the highly undervalued aspects of a company is how they deal with mistakes and I can only say good things about Progressive. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The only thing I would warn people about is make sure you have a second pair of hands to help you assemble the desk. The individual parts are very heavy. Cheers, Martin Filion,

Extremely please with how this purchase occurred. I ordered some items that were back order and Progressive Desk kept me in the loop on the timeframe there were looking at. Shipping was really fast with no fees or custom dues. The building process of the desk was straightforward and instructions were clear. An Item was missing from my order and customer service took care of it within minutes, no questions asked. The desk is exactly what I was going for. the motors really are quiet. It is not bothering my wife in a video call even if I'm operating the desk next to her. The construction is solid. I have 2 Progressive monitor arm, a microphone arm and a dual outlet clamped on the desk and it still feels solid. The remote control is simple and does the job. Lastly, the Progressive cable tray I also bought helped way more than I thought for cable management. I have my personal computer and my work laptop docking station to cable manage and without the tray to hold everything and the power bar, it would have been a cable nightmare.

This was a 5 star transaction. Extremely efficient delivery and tracking. I had an issue with one of the support legs a few days after set up which resolved with customer service immediately and a replacement supplied. They stand by their product. I shopped extensively prior to order and am happy to have chosen Progressive.

Very knowledgeable staff. No wobble when in standing in any position like my old standing desk. Presets are great and make it easier to always have the exact position I need. You can use any type of chair with this desk.
