Benson helped me investigate a problem with my computer not turning on past the boot screen. He spent an entire afternoon working hard to get my laptop back up and running because he knew it was important to me to retrieve my project files and get back to work. Benson used a variety of testing methods to isolate the problem and was extremely professional at showing me what he discovered and what the solution was. I am so happy I dropped by his shop as I don't think I would have gotten as much attention at another. He revived my computer back to life and I am now forever customer at his store. I was happy to give him extra for helping me save so much time. Thank you!
