If you ever go to the richmond night market NEVER park here. I have never seen a parking lot that closes its door and doesn't let you in. It says 24 HOURS SERVICE but its a LIE. Sure it's cheap because no one wants to park there, but its actually the most expensive parking lot ever if you consider the 50 i spent in cabs to leave at night and then pick up my car in the morning. There's also an abandoned car which makes the whole place alot sketchier.
