Highly recommend. The place is very clean, well maintained, comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay on your way to and from the airport. Walking distance to all restaurants, comfortable and quiet. This was a great place to stay. Thank you so much!

They are amazing, just wanting to show some support in this difficult time. Super close to airport, Olympic Oval and skytrain. Rocking deal for hospitality and amazing people that is working there. Thumbs up and highly recommended

The price is extremely competitive, you could never find another nice place with this price in Van. Location is close to Brighouse station. Well located in Richmond. Really clean, modern with well considered "rooms" and many comfortable details. Staff were very accommodating and very easy to assist.

Stayed there the second night they opened (May 15) so they were still working out some kinks.Yes the reviews before that are all fakes. Definitely more of a hostel than hotel. They charge for towels and mattress was very thin. Upper pod is probably a better choice if you want less noise as the storage for yourself and the upper pod is at the bottom. The upper pod can be a bit difficult to climb up into though. Wasn't very clean despite only being open for a day and having to change into slippers when you came in. Some bugs crawling around. There is a small space to eat, lounge, heat up food though wouldn't really be the best place to relax. There is only one staff much of the time and sometimes they go out for breaks/food so you may have to wait if you need something. Staff were all as helpful as they could be though.

The 24 hour reception was the beginning of this satisfying experience. A personalized booking experience over the phone. Upon arrival the next day, I was greeted with a cozy feeling. The place itself has a very calming effect on the mind and body. Checking in was seamless. The staff felt like at home and so did I. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The pod was very spacious and very effective. A simple living experience that I recommend anyone coming to Vancouver as a first stop after landing. A peaceful experience indeed.

The Pod was very spacious, bigger than any other capsule hotel we stayed in other countries. Very close to skytrain, 8 min walk. Quiet at night and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough when you need to be. highly recommend !

Clean. The bedding and pillow are comfortable. Toothbrush, towel, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer are provided. Location is good. Close to lots of transportation and food. Very value for money too. Will stay again.

Affordable, clean and comfortable capsule hotel. Check-in and check out smooth and quick. The pod itself is spacious. Well air conditioned with wifi and clean sheets. Highly accessible location.
