After renting a car on the 31st of July 2020 in Williams Lake, with drop off at the same time the next day at the south terminal of YVR, I got my rental agreement stating that I would be charged for the full 24 hours. Later however, my credit card states that I've been charged for double the amount, i.e. 48 hours. The car was gassed up, had no additional damage and was dropped off exactly as agreed beforehand. Multiple calls to the help desk and requests to get reimbursed for the overcharge have led to nothing. I am being ghosted by this company after they took two times my money.

Having decades of experience renting cars on a monthly basis, this company has been the best in terms of efficiency and customer care with forgotten items, lost keys and even accidents. Hands down they are the rental car company I go to whenever possible.
First the agency is cloosed at 5:30 pm ???!!! We arrived at 15:10 pm and nobody was there !!! ???
