I would say 4,5. They have very simply designed riddles with some flaws in logic but overall it's quite practical which I like. It's a bit of a weird thing that flashlights are not provided, you have to take your PHONE WITH YOU to have light inside. Wow. What if I don't have one... Or the battery is off... Or there is no flashlight on it...

Worst escape room ever. Booked a game and was told that room was unavailable when we arrived at the location. It seemed that the person we called wasn't even at work and therefore was not sure of the availability of the store. That was obviously the worst excuse I ever heard. If that was true I truly question the managing of this place. After waiting for another 30 minutes we were finally put in a room with most of the props broken. We did the assassination room and to be honest the story lacked and logical sense. There was only 1 room (not sure what kind of escape room has only 1 room in it). The room decor was out of date and the location was messy. I'm not sure if the staff is new or not but the place was not organized at all. I wouldn't recommend people to go there at all. Exit Canada is way better to be honest.

Don't know what to say about this place. There is a non smoking sign but it is very obvious people smoke there. Besides the escape rooms, apparently they also run board game tables. The escape room I went was the lost tomb, was wrecked. At some point, after solving a puzzle, and doing something, some black light was supposed to turn on but it was broken so we couldn't advance without the staff telling us what the black light was supposed to reveal. The last room was completely in Chinese. I'm not giving 1 star because the staff was very friendly and have me a discount.

An awesome experience! I've been here twice, and have done 3 of the 4 rooms available. The staff were helpful, kind, and generous with the times. Some of the English translations seemed a bit off, but that wasn't something of a concern for me. Definitely gonna go back again to try out the 4th room.

We played the Lost Tomb, it was okay. Some clues were mistranslated, we had to waste a hint because the English translation wasn't actually correct...even the girl working there was like \that's not what that means\ when we asked her about the English part of the clue. Unfortunately none of us knew Chinese so we spent a lot of time on that at first, BUT the staff let us go overtime to complete the room so that was nice of them! The puzzles were creative but I wish the English translation was better. I haven't tried their other rooms yet so I'm down to come back again. I do wish we had a locker to put our stuff in though, carrying our bags around kinda sucked. Overall the experience was fine, hopefully the next room we try will have better English clues.
