Great service and prices. Went in to buy one suit, winded up buying three! I also got dress shirts, belts and a tie for my fiancé - all at great prices for the quality. Shoutout to the workers and manager for doing their best to provide as many deals as possible
Came looking for a suit for a wedding. Steve helped me when I walked in and I am glad he did. He was patient, straight forward and his recommendations were amazing! The suit turned out very well with his tailoring recommendations and has become one of my favourite among my collection. Will definitely come to him again and highly recommended to look for him!
You come here for the experienced, personable, and patient staff to help you. They are flexible about things if it can help your experience. There appears to be frequent deals/sales on items so you'll almost always save some money versus MSRP. I have shopped here a few times over the years, and have had consistent positive experiences. Their custom shirt options have reduced over the last year as they switched to a new supplier. My custom dress shirt order was caught hanging between their change in supplier and COVID lockdown and got lost inbetween it all. Getting a replacement one done and made took a long time (almost a year) due to COVID restrictions and me not checking in often enough (I almost forgot about it at one point). There seemed to be a communication issue within the team during the initial brunt of COVID resulting in my order being fulfilled while actually not being fulfilled. The staff really tried to help and make things better and I appreciate that. However I would say that someone who needed the shirt and spent their own money on it (mine was a gift) would probably have been much more upset than I was with the delay and lack of communication.
I was greeted by everyone who was working once walking into the door. This guy called Andy also had really good style and helped me a lot when I needed it. A very friendly environment. I would recommend this store to my friends when they have any upcoming future events.

I went to the one at downtown Vancouver and the one in Richmond, looking for a shirt that takes cufflinks. At both locations, everyone was helpful, patient, and professional. Prices aren't bargains, but are fair and good value. They do often have good sales, though, if your keep your eyes and ears open. With the quality of service, worth it if you're looking for something you need that's doesn't have to be at bargain basement prices.
Great customer service! Went over and beyond. especially Breann! She drove to a different store to pick up a jacket since it wouldn't be on time and also I didn't even know the store had closed and she kept right on going..would reccomend this moores! 5 easy stars
