Shiv listens and takes care to assess my concerns prior to each treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at using different techniques. I have tremors, neck, shoulder, head and back pain from an accident and am very grateful for the relief he has given me. Shif is professional, easy to relate to, respectful and skilled. I highly recommend this RMT.

Booked my appointment well in advance, and made adjustment to both my personal and work schedule for the appointment. Not to mention I didn't dare to go to RMTs during covid-19 so this was my first appointment in a long time and I was really looking forward to it. And what happened? Appointment was cancelled 4 hours prior WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. I later called to see what was going on, and nobody bothered to reply either. I should have read all the reviews here before even booking my appointment as the RMT I booked was criticized multiple times. Edit: I was wrong, they did send me a text message but I never noticed. Changing my rating. Would have been better if they returned my phone call though.
I have been seeing Mikaela for one year approximately. She is very knowledgeable and loves what she does. She takes the time to explain the areas that need attention and works on them well. I am happy to have her as my RMT.
Faith Jay and Kim Sevilla are very professional and friendly. I always have had positive experience.
This was hands down the weirdest clinic I've ever been to. No one picking up the phone, no one replying to emails until 5 hours later. When I walked in the door, the osteopath immediately judge me and asked why I'm here(like duh I'm here for your services?) Also excessively asked questions about the credentials of my previous osteopath..like where is his credentials what institution is he from...why is that relevant? And asked again why im here and not using the old osteo instead. Im not a professional expert in osteopathy certification. How would i know or care? She was nice but overall I was turned off by the professionalism here (no receptionist picks up at all of their locations too). Also no direct billing. Customer service is pretty much zero
