I'm very disappointed I got discriminated today. Maybe because the receptionist is unprofessional or they don't know about BC COVID-19 policy. I have the asthma history, I got asthma attack today, then I called to them. Unfortunately, they REFUSED my appointment request because I have \can't breath\ symptom which I told him I have asthma history and I really need a prescription to get a new inhaler. He said there is a COVID-19 policy that they do not accept the patient with COVID-19 symptom, and all clinics comply with this policy which is obviously not, because I made a appointment with another clinic after this. I really understand you doesn't want to take any risk although you suppose to , but I already told you I have history, you just don't care, don't care about other people's lives. SHAME ON YOU.

Dr. Bai and Mano pay such attention to detail during the cosmetic treatment. Dr. Bai is very knowledgeable and there is barely any pain or swelling. They spent so much time with me to ensure I was happy. My lips now look like the ones people ask for when they go to get fillers. Very natural and full. Their Botox procedure is the best too! I am so happy to have found this clinic. With very reasonable prices too! Thank you so much
