Perfect place for a picnic or relaxing walk along the dyke. Washroom is available and it is next to a great dog park. There is a beach close by but no swimming allowed. Easy accessible from Vancouver or Richmond by bike or cars. Parking is never a problem here. The park offer a boat launch as well. It is amazing that such a place exist right next to a busy airport. The view is stunning in both winter and summer. We come here very often and we love it here. Such a gem. You can see more info from the Richmond.ca site and search for McDonald Beach Park.
