Beautiful store! Lots of cool jackets to choose from for springtime wear. A girl with silver hair showed me around and was very nice and patient. I will definitely go back from time to time to check out their styles!

I bought a jacket about a week a ago from the Mackage McArthurGlen outlet location and the customer service I received from the girl helping me was exceptional she was super upbeat, bubbly and sweet. She went above and beyond to help me. She was a short, Indian girl not sure if I should disclose her name without her consent. But I would definitely come back and refer my friends/family to her because she is an amazing sales associate and she is very easy to talk to.

I have never been so insulted in my life! I have worked in retail in my early years for 15 years, have several Mackage outerwear items and wanted to add another to my collection. The manager there looked me and my daughters up and down with a snotty attitude! I did not realize until after the fact that she was racial profiling. She actually LOCKED us in the store while we looked around...she was thinking what!? That we were going to run off with a coat?! How DARE she?! She should be fired! I will NOT return to this store ever again! I would have gone back to the store to confront her but I was in a rush and I was leaving the province. Making a formal complaint.

I walked into Mackage McArthurGlen to check out the new spring collection because I was so integer to have a new lightweight jacket added to my wardrobe. The lady assisting me named “Jenny” got me the wrong size multiple times and kept giving me different styles of jackets when there was a particular jacket I had asked for multiple times. She seemed to not understand what I was asking for and lacked product knowledge. I would never recommend any of my friends or family to come to this location because of the horrible service I received. I love mackage products and was very disappointed with this service I received I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer when I entered the doors sadly.

I walked in a few days ago and this lady with grey with purple undertone hair gave me a attitude looked at me up and down as well. She even spoke to me very rudely then whispered to her co worker something about me. I am disgusted with this stores behaviour. This lady is working every time I go in and her attitude is the same. I even witnessed her yelling at her co worker I wish I could of told that young innocent girl to report the way she is being spoken to. It should not be tolerated in any workplace. I am going to inform work safe. If she is yelling then she can yell at everyone and this needs to be dealt with so I am putting this into public view if anyone else has similar experience at Mcarthur glen mackage and please report.

Dear, Mackage McArthurglen I am writing to you today to explain a bad experience I had at Mackage McArthurGlen Outlet on Monday, March 8th, 2021. I came in and tried on the Ragnar and the Mike the lady helping me had a green hat on and greyish-silver short hair. She lacked understanding of the products as well as when I entered the store I was not greeted by her I was only greeted by the other two staff on the floor, a male and female. She approached me and gave me very negative energy in her tone of voice making me not want to purchase the jackets I was trying on because of the lack of customer service from her. It is appalling to witness an employee of such a respected chain company behave in such a manner. Lacking product details and not answering all customer’s concerns. I was both shocked and concerned with this employee about the incident. I hope the company can come up with a solution to prevent this incident from happening again. The store was clean and tidy and the other staff greeted me friendly and asked me to sanitize my hands making me feel welcome until I got approached by the other staff member. Sincerely, Ethan

Asian male sale rep helpful and knowledgeable with good advice. No pressure sales. Great location compared to Pacific Centre which carries little stock.
