I have rented cars from Lo Cost many times by now, and again while visiting Vancouver this past June. I am really impressed with their service, the easy going way and the utmost desire of the company to accommodate the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to rent a car or van. It is very conveniently located across from the sky train station in Richmond, BC. The people who deal with the customers are very friendly and trustworthy.
Adequate service, until car returned. We left a valuable item in the car, rang the following day to get it back. Management ducked us repeatedly, and then changed to saying there was nothing left in the car. They then mocked us and challenged us to file a theft charge. Blatant theft by this company, do not use.
Good rate. Great services. Easy to communicate.
