It is usually very busy in here but today it worked well. Receptionist must improve their customer service. Nice staff in the blood withdraw department.

The front desk people aren't polity and unprofessional. If the management will hire new staff with Canadian mentality for the reception, the service will much better in this great location.

This location is new and spacious. However the staff is less friendly and less knowledgeable then the No3 road location. When I check in today, they want me to pay upfront. I explained other location processed as normal without issues. Instead call other location to learn how to do it, the older Asian staff here just tell me go to other location ... I sure did ! The No3 road take care without issues and even explain the whole process to me! Later I come back to Aberdeen location just to teach the staff how to do it properly next time. \u200d️ It’s the attitude of this location apart from others The No3 road location is busier, but their stuff is more knowledgeable with efforts. If you want less line up, go to Aberdeen location, but they are less busy for a reason... Hopefully management can make this location better or just shut it down.

My adventure continues to get a stool sample kit. At this location I wait almost 1hr, I told the lady at the counter 6 times I just want the kit so I can go home and come back when I'm ready. We need a second option for getting are lab tests done. This place sucks
