This Kumon centre has gone downhill since my children first enrolled in Kumon a year ago, I took them out of the program recently because of a number of complaints. The washroom is always broken (and there is only one stall, the main instructor is biased towards certain kids and will ignore those that she does not have a preference to (such as my children who she still gets their names wrong). There used to be a few good instructors but now most of the instructors are grumpy high school students who don't know basic math or English and only care about getting their paycheck. A while ago, I looked over my child's math test and it was marked perfect.... BUT there were mathematical errors that were not marked as incorrect. The worst part is, sometimes my children will receive the wrong homework, could be from a different level or something they've never done before... and we have to call in and drive all the way back to get correct homework... a waste of time and gas.

Very bad centre and head instructor! Head instructor yells at students for little things and does not help them with anything. Quite frankly, I would not recommend this centre, I didn't pay to have my kids belittled and insulted. Markers are a bunch of high school students who mark very slow and only care about making money. My kids had to wait 20 minutes to get their classwork marked. Eventually transferred to another centre that is much more suitable for my kids.
