Buyer beware, while their cheap prices make their products attractive, they provide zero support and access to spare parts. For a number of weeks now our UNIC faucet has been leaking below into the cabinet space, I have submitted requests for assistance via their website, called, and emailed the address the representative provided over the phone and received zero responses or assistance. I am now faced with buying another faucet because I can’t get a 3 part, so in the end not so cheap after all..

just bought a 33\ kitchen sink and a 11\ bar sink from kitchen sink Vancouver and I absolutely love it, fit perfectly in my kitchen !! and wayyyy better than i expected!! Great quality with awesome price !!! Customer service was very nice and helpful in assisting me with the different sink options. I would strongly recommend this place! BEST KITCHEN SINK STORE IN TOWN !!!

I purchased a vanity from these people and had it delivered to Calgary. Upon opening it, I immediately noticed and documented a large scratch on one of the drawers. I let Justin at LuxReno know about this and his response was that there is no way it would be like that from the factory in China and that they would not have sent it in that condition. It's a cheap piece of furniture with cheap Chinese made fixtures, of course it's possible. I checked the box and the box had no external damage, he could not blame shipping for the damage. I asked if he had even opened it to verify that the product was in good condition before sending it to me and the answer was that he did not look at it before sending it. Basically he wouldn't exchange it, so I had agreed that he could send a new drawer for me to install and some touch up paint for the legs. They couldn't send paint from China by itself so he told me he would get it in the next vanity shipment. I get the drawer to put on the vanity. Now I'm waiting for the paint and then ask him again. He now said he wasn't sending it even after I have an email from him saying he would send the paint. Now he says to go to home depot to find the paint. Ridiculous. I would avoid this place and their cheap products and poor customer service.
