I was in this cab yesterday and they did an exceptional service. Their cab is neat & clean. Driver was so polite and kind, helping me from IKEA bringing all my stuffs in and out of his cab. Great customer service.

I took this cab early morning to YVR and it was a great experience, driver was so helpful and courteous, even assisted my 94 yr old mom getting in and assisted her going to the lobby of the airport. Highly recommendable. A big thanks to this company .
Driver was courteous and helpful, BUT I rated low because we pre-scheduled the taxi and called to confirm it for ride to the airport to catch our International flight; however they arrived 20 min after scheduled time! Nearly made us miss our check-in time. We only had 4 min to spare when arrived at check in. They in our experience can't be trusted to be punctual even when scheduled in advance.
