I bought my tires at Kal Tire and the promise is that they will repair punctures for free. I was told that I had to wait for 1.5hrs and had to hand over my keys. I could not use my car and come back later. After about an hour I’m thinking there should be a screen to let customers know how close they are to having their car worked on. Am I asking too much? Customers ... we’ve been doing things like this for years - don’t expect improvements?

I've dealt with Kal Tire several times now and I don't have a single complaint. I just had all my tires changed there at the Richmond location yesterday and I was very happy with the service that I received. The girl whole initially helped me (didn't catch her name) was very polite, fun and even helped me search my car for the wheel lock. The front desk guy Rob who helped me after was totally awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable, He also took the time to help me figure out which tire would work best for me based on my needs and I never felt rushed even they were clearly very busy (they were serious giving it everything). I always have a great experience with Kal Tire which is why I always return. I was reading some of these reviews and honestly, I can't believe alot of them. Thanks again for the awesome tires guys and gals and I will see you next time!

Got an old lug nut lock with missing key. Was told by other places that I will need to drill the lock out and need to spend another hundreds to replace the stud and hub. Taylor was the service advisor, had the lock removed for 20. Great service and price.
