These guys are knowledgeable and very friendly. They cater to your needs and recommend the best product for you. I’ve picked up a Pure series and it’s fantastic for my wine storage needs. Jennie and Simon are experts if you have any Eurocave inquiries, talk to them! I knew about Eurocave’s excellent reputation when I went in, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. All my questions were answered (and I had quite a few), and there was no hard sell approach. The quality of the product was only exceeded by the quality of the service, which included timely communication while awaiting delivery. Even the white glove delivery team was fantastic, as was the follow up communication. At every stage, there was genuine care to ensure my satisfaction. As for my wine fridges, I was particularly pleased by the fact that they are incredibly quiet and give off minimal heat. I can highly recommend both Eurocave and JTS Habitat Ltd without reservation!
