It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t got my package. I have all the records I contacted with them. Bad attitude!!! No apologies!!! They only asked me to contact the staff who received my package 6 months ago and find my package on my own. But the truth is that that staff hasn’t responded me for more than 3 months!!! So if they mess up, they will not take any responsibilities and the losses are all on your own. BTW, that package worths a lot. But so far they only agreed to give me back the taxes I paid for that package!

Think twice before going with this company's service. Having moved once before with this company from TO to Vancouver, we thought the standard would be the same. However this year, they are no longer professional. The customer service agent on the Vancouver side side is extremely rude and unresponsive. After delivering to the Toronto warehouse, the agent failed to provide an estimate of the shipping costs, which is standard practice. After arrival of the goods in Vancouver, the agent take your articles hostage and then release the bill, with a year over year increase of almost 80%, plus a delivery fee of 150, and when they arrive they just throw it onto the public road, blocking half of the traffic. 以前服务很好的公司,现在变得毫无诚信以及不专业，出库连estimate都不给，服务态度堪比土匪。
I am very happy about the services offered by J-link. Big thumbs up to Alice who patiently explained the pricing and delivery services to me. The price is very reasonable and considered lower than other companies. My car had arrived in Toronto from Vancouver after only 5 days. I will definitely use J link again for future delivery.
Worest service I have ever had in Canada. Unprofessional and rude. Feeling very uncomfortable asking information and would not going back anymore.
