Visit HTA before buying any of your products from anywhere else!!!!!!!! What they offer is absolutely breathtaking and you will not find anywhere else! Pricing was great and amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Suggested by the contractor to buy all the bathroom items and water taps for my new house. Spent over 18000 at the Richmond store. We have 2 issues: 1. The delivery man dropped off the shower door at the front door without any signature, claiming the shower door was delivered, but we never received the shower door, talked with the manager for about 6 times( over 2 months time ), we end up purchased another door at 50% price. But we never know if the shower door was delivered since they claimed they dropped off. Issue 2: The house is now completed, it is 4 months now, we are dealing with 2 broken toilets ( we purchased 8 toilets from them for this project), told the staff that 2 of them broken already ( within 4 months ). The staff told them they would,'t do anything because there is no warranty on toilets. ( Really? If we have purchased from Home Depot, we would not have to deal with the problem now) some price is high, some price low, we were trying to purchase everything in one stop, however, this is what we get when we trying to save time. There are other small issues like shipment delays ( 4 months ), restocking charges, never return phone calls, but we can manage all these, my main issues are the broken toilet. All in All, the girl sitting at front desk is friendly and helpful, however, she would not assist any of the issue due to she has to check with her manager and manager makes the decision there. My experiences tells me this is the one time deal and will avoid this company for next next project, I better deal with my 2 broken toilets before thinking purchasing any products from HTA.
Great showroom. Clean, spacious and lots of variety. They are a bit understaffed. However service is good once you get their time. I think if you need a good idea of style, it’s a good place to go to!
I initially worked with Rebecca on my order. Due to Covid 19, Bhavya took over my order. Bhavya is very organized and I'm so happy that she helped me with my order. She labeled the products for respective rooms and coordinated with the warehouse to ensure the order was ready to ship.
Very good customer service very nice helpful and knowledgeable sales rep. Bhavya helped us a lot, very polite.
