We just purchased a Honda Civic, and we had a great experience. Bryant was very friendly, professional, and with a great customer service. Sofia was very supportive, and had approved most of our request. Shout out also to Tina, Vivian and Fan who helped us process all the documentations. If you’re thinking of purchasing a Honda may I suggest visiting Richmond Honda located at the Richmond Auto Mall. This is my second vehicle purchased at the same dealership in the last 4 years and both times I have had a pleasant experience. Prompt and thorough is what I get from the service department. A no nonsense sales advice without the sales pressure or the usual “I am trying to make my quota” deal. Past experience taught me well and a good salesman will listen to you, take into account if you have a budget, and help you get the deal you need. Yes, at Richmond Honda I found just the salesman (ask for Alex Yang). Remember, these guys are already selling a vehicle that has a good reputation (Honda). If you don’t want “B.S.” while shopping for a car try Richmond Honda. I hate pushy salesmen, salesmen who treats women like they don’t know anything about cars, and haggling for the best price while staying within your budget. My sales guy at Richmond Honda was very transparent with me from the beginning. Nope this review is not a result of a discount from the dealership although that would have been nice. It was just good old fashion customer service. Thanks, Richmond Honda until next time.

Good Experience. Went to Richmond Honda yesterday for service. It was my first experience there as I had bought and serviced my Honda's at another dealer in the past. Chris Borromeo checked me in and went over what needed to be done. The vehicle was ready as promised, I found all the staff very professional and friendly. Whilst killing some time Sales Manager Wayne Suzuki showed me around the lot focusing on a vehicle that I am interested in. Glad I chose to try Richmond Honda and I will be back.

We have been referred to Richmond Honda to resolve our ongoing issue with our former dealership being unresponsive with our issue. They quickly set up an appointment for us and had us come the next day. The financial manager Mika was very professional, informative, and she always answered our questions with clarity and transparency. Even though in the end, we found out our warranty was not from Honda but from a third party rather, Mika and the General Manager of this dealership did the best they can to bring our issue forward to the right people, they have also provided us the proper information on what to do next and we never felt pushed away despite the fact it was not their fault but of the other dealership rather. They have treated us respectfully and we felt valued as customers in this dealership. Thank you Mika and the staff of Richmond Honda for helping us resolve our issues and we look forward to having our future services in your store. We will never forget such great positive experience you have provided us especially during this tough pandemic time.

I recently traded in my used car for another used car at Richmond Honda, and although I like my new used vehicle, I must say that I was not impressed by the quality of the service provided by the role team. I signed the deal on a Saturday and agreed to come 2 days later to finish the deal because they needed to change the oil, clean the vehicle and also to put on my winter tires as we agreed on. On Monday while signing the deal the with finance manager, the numbers did not match the interest rate was not the same as we had I agreed on Saturday, and for that reason the bi-weekly payments were not the same. I had to be firm on my position for them to act and adjuste their selling price. Then while the insurance papers were being signed, I decided to download the Honda link app and register with the VIN, and the first thing the app notified me was of a recall issued on july-2020 that have not yet been fixed on that vehicle. Once again If I haven’t pointed out they would not have told me about that. They then said that they had ordered the parts but it haven’t arrived yet and that I will need to come back another day. Note that they did not have me a specific date. On top of that the next day I noticed also that the oil life was marked as 20% left, so I called the sales rep and was told to go back to their shop ASAP. They said that the oil was changed but the tech, forgot to reset the system. ( I really hope that was the case, but I’m not supper confident that they changed the oil on that Monday, I think it was changed a week prior ) And to up with many Cheerios, I found that the car was not properly cleaned. Look at what I found under the passenger seats! Off course that they were apologetic and cleaned it again. Note that they promptly fixed all these issues and gave me a shop credit of 100. But I still feel like none these should even have happened. That’s the reason for the 3 stars and that’s why I will not recommend this dealer to any of my friends or family.
