Great location right on No3 road. Build and quality are up to date. Service is okay, just a “Hello” that’s all After that you have to go find someone for help. Great deals if you looking to upgrade anything at home.
Great design, wonderful staff and good prices. The delivery staff is extremely friendly and nice. Our first order came with broken sofa legs, there was no hesitation they took photos and took it back. We were able to get a replacement delivery in 2 days with no issues. Will definitely shop there again as our first experience was so wonderful. Also shout out to Gloria for helping us with our sale. Phenomenal customer service.
Sean and Joshua help us a lot when they came to install our bed! Very friendly, polite, and professional. They also followed COVID protocols by disinfected their hands before coming in and wearing masks. They would try to take the furniture out of its packaging outside (because Covid, which is super considerate) Great service, good products, and fast installation! Will come by again for more furniture in the future.
The delivery experience was excellent. Joshua and Sean were very communicative, reaching out to me before their arrival to ensure that I was home to take delivery. Once they were here they were very careful and efficient, ensuring the furniture operate as expected before moving on. They also consulted me on the placement of the furniture, placing each piece to my exact specifications. Thank you both!
