HK BBQ Master 明家燒臘專家 It is said to be one of the most delicious roast meat restaurants in Metro Vancouver, and you often have to wait in line I like Mingjia’s roast duck. After the outbreak, eating out and taking out food were cancelled. Recently, the epidemic has eased a lot, and the number of eating out is increasing. Of course, takeaways are indispensable. Arrived at Ming's house early, there was already a long line at the door, and someone started ordering food for customers outside the door. In the restaurant, food was cancelled, and the waiters were wearing masks. The safety distance between people is maintained very well. You only need to hand over the small note that has been ordered to the cashier. After payment and checkout, you will be waiting next to you. The epidemic prevention measures are very good. Bought roast duck, crispy pork, free-range chicken, etc. The taste was good and quite satisfactory. They have also developed new products, like spicy roast duck or something, try it next time. In short, if you like roast meat, Mingjia is a good choice.

They have a good pick-up set up area inside the restaurant. We phoned in and it took half an hour on a Sunday. The food was pretty good except that there was no added duck juice or not enough to notice. Had to add my own soy sauce otherwise the rice was too bland. The roast pork had excellent crunch. However, some of the meat was too salty and, overall, the meat wasn’t soft enough.

If I'm in Richmond, I make it a point to get take-out from HK BBQ Master for all the reasons already listed in other reviews. Crispy pork, sweet pork, and soy chicken are my favourites. I will be back for more.

This is THE place to come for roasted duck/chicken and pork. It transports me back to Hong Kong as the meat melts in your mouth. You can notice the amazing smells of this restaurant a block away as it entices you to come and eat. For those of you that may be put off by the parking garage location- do not be. Let your taste buds live and visit HK BBQ Masters.

A good classic hk style bbq. The biggest difference between this and any other old school bbq butcher is that this location is very clean and food isnt fattening nor drenched in heavy oil/sauce. It has a lot of good meats with more meat than fats. Flavour is well done without the need to drench it with any sauce. Everything is just a clean cut version. Very well done and worth visiting spot. It is pricier than most places but yoy are paying for quality.
