Had a great shopping experience at The Brick. My sales person Mr. Nader was extremely patient with order, I changed my order about 3-4 times because of difficulty picking items online but Mr. Nader was nothing but understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely shop here again.

I just purchased a refrigerator from the brick at Red Maple, Richmond Hill. It has a water dispenser . I paid for delivery and removal of my old fridge. The delivery people were inexperienced . I called customer services to ask them to take the fridge back as the water dispenser didn't work. Customer services said this was a warranty issue and wouldn't take it back. I had to wait for my appointment which should be tomorrow January 28, which is one week and two days after the initial delivery. The water line flooded my floor and caused damage. I called customer services only to be held on line forever. I am so disgusted with this service. I emailed customer services and am not impressed with their lack of communication!

I was absolutely won over by the patience and helpful suggestions that Nader provided during my shopping experience at The Brick. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone shopping for appliances or furniture!

Low quality and overpriced furniture. Had a few bad experiences here. Ordered a table and once I assembled it I realized it wasn't very sturdy so I called for an exchange and they weren't able to help me. Their warranty prices are insanely high, almost as much as the product itself. They have a policy where you can get store credit if you make no claims on your warranty but they've made it as difficult as possible.
