Friendly and helpful staff.
I went to this location with my elderly friend. It’s 6:30. They close at 7. There was a persian / Indian guy standing by the door. Acting like the prime minister as he is closed the gates and policing people from going in. My friend has been with Telus for two decade and her phone doesn’t work. This person has been disrespectful previously. Not ok!!
The lady works at this location is a liar.

Lovely experience. Very helpful and accommodating, have been a long time telus customer and I've always been happy with their service. The store experience feels warm and inviting. Reps are all knowledgable. The manager Grant has always helped me with my phones. Jessica has been a great help anytime I have come in as well.
Always good friendly staff. Staff is well informed and give good service. Dont go during noon hr. Or after6 pm it gets really busy.
I've had many wonderful visits here! Grant and Stephano were both very helpful.
