I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. From start to finish; Lynn, Patti and Marla were nothing short of spectacular. The level of professionalism and welcoming warmth they hold here is unmatched. And Marla is incredibly knowledgeable and engaging as an instructor, definitely a new favourite leader to learn from. I won’t be renewing my cert anywhere else.

I commend St. John Ambulance for the fabulous work they do in safety training and promotion. They have adult and child courses. They're known for first aid and CPR but the child courses on being home alone and babysitting is certainly unique and well worth the time and investment. A couple of stars off though for the curt attitude of the home alone instructor Molly and Lauren. We show up a half hour early and without even a good morning, they both motioned us to leave asap and just go to Tim Hortons. I mean would they rather have us show up late.
My instructor (Jeff) was one of the best teachers I have ever had. He was prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. He covered all the material with a variety of teaching methods -- videos, dramatic scenarios, note-taking, lectures, and mannequins. There were smooth transitions between individual and group work; I learned so much. The facility was also well-lit with windows, clean, and spacious compared to the class size. I will definitely return when I need to renew my qualifications. Highly recommend.
Great location and clean. Bring a lunch. Also, great instructor Julie. Funny and made things interesting with real life scenarios and jokes.
Ive been certifying with St John's Ambulance for years. Elvis Silva is the best instructor I've had, he makes the course fun and keeps your attention. The 2 day course flew by! It was nice to have a instructor who really enjoys what he does and interacting with the class to make it the best experience for everyone.
