This is what happens when your dr. Is overwhelmed and has lost passion for the job.. and fully allowing the uneducated receptionists to take over and run the show we had been taking the our kids here since 2012 we had \amazing\ experience until 2018-2020 then it went to hell....not a place I recommend unless you appreciate complete disregard for procedures lost medical records and dads they will not remember you...you dont exist not cool

No wonder that she has a low rating here in google and almost everywhere else. If you love your kid, if you have a little respect for yourself and your valuable time, this is not your paediatrician. The administration in this office is the worst I have ever seen. They are rude (like their employer) and they don’t know what they are doing! I had an appointment at 12:30 for my toddler, I took her off the daycare and got an off from my work, and eventually I had to leave the office without any visit at 2:15 pm. Her office is full of patients not because she is a good doctor, because they don’t know how to book appointments. There is not enough chair to sit. Office is very dirty and unorganized and there is no respect for you and your time. It seems she just need to book appointments and she doesn’t care what are Patients’ needs. I won’t go there anymore and don’t recommend her to anyone.

Terrible wait times. 2h behind schedule is typical. They must double book every appointment slot. Doctor arrives an hour after the first scheduled appointment of the day. How can the first appointment of the day have a 1h wait? The doctors are good when you eventually see them.

True Story

This place was amazing for the past 4years however recently we have seen extremely ling wait times. A week ago I did visit the doctor and went in the room after 1.5hrs. A week after I came back for a follow up, my appointment was at 4:40pm however we went in the room at 7:10pm! Inside we had to wait another 50mins till the doctor arrived. All of this wait, even thought the doctor knew that my child had been vomiting 2times in an hour for the past 5hrs. Since they started their walkin clinics their wait times have been worse, and we also have noticed that the walkins are preferred over the appointments when it comes to the wait times. I hope they fix this soon before they starting loosing their loyal patients.

Worst clinic. Dont waste your time. The wait times are ridiculous. Even with appt. Its torture for the little ones to wait so long.
