I had two very hard working professional cleaners from MEX CAN DO IT here at my apartment yesterday. They worked hard and a little bit longer than the arranged time and they kept the invoice to the estimated amount. Everything I wanted cleaned was completely done to sparkling. It s very unfortunate to experience this snow removal service, we never experience so bad. First of all I already informed the contractor about my elderly parents having home care service visit daily. We need the service because my elderly parents could not shovel snow anymore. Each time my parents asked me to texed and ask if the contractor are coming or when are they coming to Clear our drive way. Many times my elderly parents or me had to go out and clean bc they missed our drive way or did not show up till late evening. This is real a bad customer service. Never ever going to recommend or have this experience again
