God bless the lady who was working drive thru window she is always a pleasure to deal with such a kind loving woman, today when I visited around 6:30pm they had ran out of a items I ordered so she gave me extra 2 piece of chicken. To which I donated to homeless guy and wished all the good deeds go to her so manager please keep this lady there at all cost she is a gem

I used to come by here for the Taco Bell but was surprised to arrive here today to find that Taco Bell no longer exists (devastating really). I decided to grab a meal from KFC since I already made the trip and opted for one of my favorites since mailer coupons were not available - the CHICKEN BOWL which is part of their 5 fill up menu, avaliable all the time. Honestly, this bowl filled with mash potatoes, yellow corn, shredded cheese, gravy, and their famous popcorn chicken; plus a chocolate chip cookie, and a fountain drink for 5 plus tax feels like an extremely good deal since it's delicious and keeps me satisfied. I used the drive-thru which was serving at a decent speed with friendly service. My order was accurate, packed well, and served hot.
They are rather slow in their service. On one occasion I was left sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes, and that was only one time. Another time they left the person sitting in front of me in the drive through waiting so long he go out to knock on the window to make sure they hadn't forgotten him. They also, didn't have any beef the last time I went, at around 8:30, although they just offered to replace it all with chicken. It also doesn't offer spicy chicken at all, unless you count sandwiches with spicy sauce. There are better locations with better service not too far away that I would recommend going to instead if you aren't pressed for time.
If you like being served by a women with sandles and no socks. This is the place for you...got 35 mins to spare to wait for a big crunch sandwich while a bunch of employees are behind counter arguing in Idian. Youll love this place...time and time again it never fails. 2/10
One of the worst KFC restaurants in the Toronto area. Unfriendly staff, small portions, and dirty restaurant. All the tables are dirty and we had to wipe them ourselves. Moreover, the staff was not willing to give what it was mentioned in the menu (2 sauce) and we had to ask and point out the menu to get what we bought. They have drive-thru and free parking. Very unsatisfied; don’t come here.
