I had a terrible experience at Haida. We picked up our order which was a pizza sandwich and a chips and cheese. They were both super cold and once we returned the order the lady was like we are sorry it’s cold cause we are closing in 20 minutes. She went on an on and then apologized for the food and gave us a promotion code to get a giant pizza for free next time we order from them( no time limit was mentioned in a text message we received from them with the promo code) . Next time when we called to get our free pizza, they said they couldn’t do it. Awesome, they didn’t only lose one customer.. they will lose their face in front of the Persian community who will definitely find out that this store lacks customer service.
These sandwiches are huge!! Totally delicious and satisfying!! They have a range of sanwhiches and pizza and add-ons, so you'll definitely find something your craving for. Staff is polite and friendly. They have a rewards system which is pretty good. Try their food, you won't regret it! They also have a smoothie bar with awesome flavors! Hidden gem on Yonge St!!
Great food, very tasty and well prepared. I ordered a pizza from here and I would definitely recommend it. The only thing is, their pizza comes only in 1 size and it was very small, I would say it's for 1 person only.
