Mark Epstein is personable, professional, patient and quick acting. Without a doubt, I would use Epstein & Associates again no matter where in the country I am living.

Excellent Service. Mark is a pleasure working with. He really cares for his clients and is committed to making a positive impact in the community at large.

Very disappointing service. Mark is highly overpriced and lacks interpersonal skills. One of the staff members answered most of our contract related questions with “I don’t know”. Would never use this clown again.

Very professional service. Would highly recommend Roy Hwang and his team.

Wife and I got our wills and powers of attorney done at Epstein & Associates. Pre-signing communication was smooth and response time was prompt. The process was explained to us clearly and we were made aware of all the different options and considerations available to us. Signing day did not go as smoothly. Our appointment was set for 9:30am; we arrived 15 mins early but the individual handling our file was not yet in. They walked in the door shortly after 9:30 and we were subsequently transferred from reception to an office. It appeared that the signing documents we had to sign were being printed as we waited in the office. We were told there was a 'printing issue' and waited patiently for that to get sorted. I got the sense that there was a scheduling mishap and they weren't expecting us that morning. However, if that wasn't the case, then the practice was unprepared for our appointment. My expectation would be that a) the person on our file would be there to promptly accept us at the time of the appointment and b) that the documents required to be signed would've been pre-printed and ready to go. The end result was our appointment starting later than expected, and taking longer than it should have. Post-signing, I was contacted by the practice to provide a review of our experience. As a courtesy, I gave the practice a heads up that the review I was going to post wasn't a glowing one and that I would give them the opportunity to respond to my concerns. I received a note saying someone from the practice would contact me, but it's been over a month now and we haven't heard back.
