Do not count on the price they gave you on phone. They quoted me on phone for a cheap price to make me drive to their place. When I get there they offered me higher price and did their best to make me fool that I was misunderstood! Cheap, unprofessional and aggressive behavior I experienced with them.

Be Careful with this place. Changed CAD into GBP before my trip to England. The owner of the place loaded me up with old notes that are no longer in circulation. No one would accept the money in UK. Had to waste half a day going to Bank of England to exchange into proper currency. When I got back, I called to complain. They took my name and number, said the owner would get back to me..... he never did. Terrible customer service.
