Pleasantly impressed with this clinic. Safe, clean and has been impeccable through this period of COVID. Ana has been great at ensuring staff and clients alike are following protocol and ensuring the safety of everyone. Always greeted with a smile and positive attitude, Ana always does her best to make sure you are aware of appointments and is prompt when following up. Ali has been great, he has been able to help me with my issue and does a great job at following through on his action plan to get you healthy. I felt a genuine attitude towards my wellbeing, not just another appointment. He was always looking for the best method and approach, taking time outside our appointments to research and find the best solution to suit my needs. Vanessa....wow, not only a great massage therapist, but just a great person all around. Easy to talk to and always made me feel comfortable. She continuously always ensured I was getting the most out of our sessions and always presented herself in a professional and genuine manner. Constantly looking to improve, every visit was a customized therapy session targeted at different ways to treat my symptom. Great hands, very strong if required but also very gentle when required. Very impressed by the service they provided. I was dealing with some serious pain in my lower back and had a hard time walking and moving around. After 3 appointments I was good go and felt great. I start feeling better after the first chiropractic visit. The doctor is always friendly and positive. Physiotherapist has found the pain root and treated it. Massage is amazing!I would definitely recommend Bathurst Wellness to my family and friends. Thank you very much!
