Great customer service! I purchased a couple of items from their amazon prime returns auction and I was very pleased, the auction was very easy to bid and easy to use. I did find that when I won the item that the auction didn’t notify me instantly that I won the item, it took a couple hours before I knew for sure that I won the item when I got the email notifying me that I was the winner, I would have liked if it said instantly on the auction that I won, but either way it was very easy to use and I am happy with the site. The customer service is great! I had one item that was delayed on being shipped to me, I emailed the company and they helped me out promptly and very helpful with tracking down my item and had it shipped to me right away, and they covered the shipping expenses because there was the delay! The service is great! Good work!

I really enjoy the variety of items posted in each auction. Their Customer Service is responsive and knowledgeable. The platform they use are very easy to navigate. I was hesitant bidding on items unsure if the item will reflect the expected quality. When I picked up the items they were better quality than expected. A good and reliable auction house that can be trusted. Thank you for the great service during the auction and specially at pick up.
I bought a large item that was not quite as described. After contacting Auction Network they refunded my purchase amount and because of the logistics required to return the item they allowed me to keep it as well. I feel that I can buy from Auction Network with complete confidence. Their customer service is second to none. I was/am totally amazed.
I have really enjoyed auction network. Their customer service has been amazing when i have had to contact them and have resolved any issue quickly and professionally. I have won many items and each one has arrived as described and pictured. Professionally packaged, tracking etc..The amount of items to choose from keeps me coming back for almost every auction, even just to browse sometimes. Great company!
This is an excellent auction site! I have bid quite a few times on items I find hard to get and on items that I need. The time spent online bidding is immensely fun and they are quick to send a receipt through email. You can also make arrangements through them to have your items shipped.
