Absurd service for new years eve. Was supposed to pick up at 6:45pm that I had placed at 5pm and still have not gotten my order at 8:05pm. I kept asking them to confirm my order and when they asked if I had order I would say no and then give it to the person it belong to and forget about me. This happened 4 times. Still no confirmation if my order was even in their system. I left because my other food was getting cold and it is beyond ridiculous to have to wait over an hour past pick up time. Had they said they're too busy would have understood. Absolutely atrocious.
This place is pretty good. It has some special rolls that you wouldn't find anywhere else, otherwise. Their picked ginger roll and special seaweed sushi is worth trying!! It has good vegetarian options, as well as lots of non veg and sushi! The staff isn't the friendliest, but good thing we have iPads to order all you can eat!!
