My family has been going to 16th auto service and tire for what seems like decades. They have always been very happy with the quality, level of professionalism, and convenience of the services provided. I recently had my breaks replaced and some general maintenance done, and was very happy with the level of service. Will be a customer for a long time to come.
Out-of-town BMW owner here. Two weeks ago I had the turbo unit replaced by my local BMW dealership. Unfortunately, 1 week later, the car broke down as I traveled to Toronto. Desperately searching for a quick fix, I decided to go to 16th Auto Service based on all the good reviews. Mohammad took me in as an emergency case and immediately did a full inspection of the car. It turns out that, there’s a great chance my dealership had broken the intercooler pipe while installing the turbo unit and they simply just glued the broken pipe together. Glued, yes that’s right. (See picture) Throughout the repair process, Mohammad showed me the price of the pipe and the BMW OEM parts ordering process. He was transparent in every possible way. I’ve never felt this respected and involved during a car repairing process. After the fix, my car was running smooth again. I can say with confidence that this business charges reasonable prices, does honest work and delivers result! Thank you again for the great service!
