If I could give this place an extra star, I would without hesitation. Alfred, Jason, Rory and Stuart are simply amazing people to deal with. Alfred, took care of everything it came to getting work done on my bike. Kept me updated on the status of my bike, scheduled pick up/drop off, scheduled my bike for the work to be done. Jason, was in contact with him back in May 2020 regarding options for an exhaust. Since my bike was in the shop, I decided to get serious about it. Without any hesitation, he was able to get quotes and options for me. Helped me pick which exhaust, kept me up to date with the ETA and answered all my questions even after ordering parts. Rory, words don't express how appreciative I am of him. When I had an oil leak, I told him, within minutes the shop called to schedule a pick up. He addressed all my questions and concerns, helped pick out the exhaust by giving pros and cons. Knowing he was working on the bike made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Stuart, any time I come in he's always happy to see me. He helped me 3 years ago, pick out riding gear. He always ensures to acknowledge those that enter those doors. Now, I'm looking to buy new gear and again.. happy to help. These guys were just as excited as I was about getting the exhaust installed, and it made me feel real comfortable. You can sense the pride they take in their work. What really touched me was, I didn't have much tread left on my bike. These guys put my safety first and made sure I got new tires, and in no way did I feel pressure. Goes to show, they don't just work on what you say, they make sure everything is taken care of and put your best interests first. These guys make the Ducati Richmond experience what it is. Can't thank you guys enough!

Everyone working here is super friendly and helpful, if they don’t have something you want in stock (which is rare) they can order it in for you at no additional cost! Really awesome team and would highly recommend to all kinds of riders!

Ordered ton's of parts for my Diavel 1260S from Jason, and he always kept me updated. The service was crazy good that I had to tell 2 of my other friends to come as well. I normally order parts myself and did most of the install as much as I can but the service was so good that I rather give business to them instead. I pulled the gun on the .484 caliper earlier this week and unfortunately ended up being too soft with OEM 16mm MC, Rory spent 3 days bleeding and just could not make it better. For my bike unfortunately the RCS17 or 19 aren't a direct bolt-on due to throttle housing in the way. Jason immediately offered me a refund for the caliper. It is super rare a shop let along a dealership willing to let you try the parts then take it back. I instead told Jason to order brake pads and full set of rotors for me, I didn't even want my money back! That's how good the service was.

Alfred is also wonderful to work with by helping maintain my bike to maintain its good performance. It feels like home every visit.
