We are the rental managers for several Mountain Homes in Kimberley, BC. We recently placed a large order with Hospitality Emporium to outfit one of our Mountain Homes with new bed linens and towels. We chose Hospitality Emporium because their products are superior, their prices are very competitive and their customer service is fantastic! When part of our order was held up by the shipping company, both Kash and Leena from Hospitality Emporium went to great lengths to ensure that we received our order as quickly as possible. Recently ordered towels from Hospitality Emporium for the first time. After placing my order, customer service contacted me directly to inform me the amount of towels I ordered were not available. Offered to either replace with a different product or refund a portion of my purchase. I chose the refund and it came almost immediately! They were so helpful and my towels were delivered before the expected delivery date and are fabulous quality! Very impressed with the personalized service and the entire experience! They worked quickly and professionally to get me customized bath robes made for a special event. They had so many choices of robes and slippers to choose from. They customized with embroidery, that was a perfect match to the design I sent them. They turned out so well, looked and felt so luxurious!
