This was the worst experience I have had with any airlines. I bought an expensive ticket to have an easy trip from Vancouver to Istanbul and over top of that paid extra money to be able to check-in a luggage which you get for free with any airline, and still on my way back to Canada I had to pay approximately another CA 100 just to be able to check-in a luggage. And horrible attitude from the AF counter in Istanbul. This is very disappointing and I will never choose Delta airline again and will tell everyone who I meet for the rest of my life not to do it. BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE!!! My transfer flight was delayed for the third time with a last minute notice. Layover of just 50 minutes turned into a 4 hours waiting for no actual reason. No customer service whatsoever. Will not use Delta Airlines again. Never!! Even now, I can't find my baggage.
Had to switch airlines . All 3 flights were delayed by hours. Took 27.5 hours to arrive. Not happy at all.
I had one positive flying experience with Delta, however their tactics of changing the price for tickets after you have agreed on a price are sickening and frustrating. Switching the price after entering your credit card info are not okay.
