Worse experience several times! I don‘t understand why they never send me my travel documents as discussed and advertised online! I always have to call them several times to reach a employee who send me my train ticket! The online chat is terrible, they cannot answer questions to bookings or arrange things. For what the hell is that chat then responsible for? You can send them lots of emails but won‘t get a reply at all. Doesn‘t matter how long you wait.
