Rob, the guy who took my phone call found it rude of me for booking an appointment on New Year's Eve through their website which their website successfully booked me in for. He explained to me that it was a busy day of the year which I obviously understood and was willing to cancel the appointment in a respectful and calm tone. He asked me if I was joking about even contacting them in the first place. Basically, he was mad that i was able to book an appointment online even though their working hours do not match my appointment time which is not my fault (obviously). Again, I totally understood that it was the websites fault and not his but the fact that he put the blame on me is just pathetic. l remained calm and respectful throughout the entire conversation because it's technically not his fault but it threw me off when he remained rude and condescending till the very end even when there was no problem anyway. Again, I was not even angry or being a rude customer and I was fine with just cancelling the appointment willingly. Not sure if he was having a bad day or that is how he always acts. But judging from the other 1 star reviews it probably happens all too often. Rob (the owner) seems to be shady with adding on hidden fees (judging from the other reviews from customers) and not repairing customer's cars properly. There's a reason for all these 1 star reviews. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that he showed his colors before I made a huge mistake of bringing my car in that shop. If you are contemplating on using their service, you should give it a long thought unless you enjoy getting mistreated and being taken advantage of. There are a lot of other tire repair shops to choose from. DONT go there.

First time here, was near the area so i decided to come for a quick oil change. i took the car home, from Richmond to White Rock. During the drive home, i noticed a awful smell that was not there from before. Shorty i got home i decide to pop my hood open and that is when i noticed my oil filter cap had oil all over the area. it was LOOSE! i was able to loosen the filter cap by hand! luckily i had pliers to tighten it back up. Now i question the qualification of this shop, so i checked my oil drain bolt. It was tight but the guy who changed my oil did not wash off the old oil residue. i had my car engine cleaned top and bottom and the smell went away. I wont be coming back to this shop ever again. If you can't remember to tighten one of the most important thing in a oil change, then why even start? Avoid this place everyone. Looks like i'm not the only one with this kind of experience!
I am so thankful for the service Shawn and the crew provided over the past couple of weeks, always keeping me informed of where things were at in the approval process for my ICBC claim, and the work being done. My catalytic converter had been stolen from under my vehicle while parked in Richmond, and these guys helped make the whole process that much less stressful. Thanks so much guys!
Be aware of this scammers. Charge you double the price than other place. Do not fix your car if you want to save your money. Edit:: when i leave my car, told you guys its a starter problem. You guys spent your time to finally figure out it has starter problem, and ask triple the price than market price. i save money by not fixing at your shop. Please, think yourself when you charge customer, if you want them to come back.
Super terrible I asked to repair my front right tire but they put a screw in my right back tire and then they say we cannot fix the front right tire. This is the worst experience just to make money. Thank you for what you did. God bless you.
